CEAC Memorial Scholarship

CEAC Scholarship Opportunity

The County Engineers Association of California (CEAC) will award two (2) scholarships of $3,000 each to qualified students pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Land Surveying.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Must be enrolled in upper-division coursework leading to a degree in Civil Engineering or Land Surveying

• Strong academic record (GPA)

• Demonstrated financial need

• Participation in related student or professional organizations such as ASCE, CLSA, or APWA

• Completion of an application form and submission of a professional and educational goals letter (this letter carries considerable weight in the review process)

Application Instructions:

Applications may be submitted either electronically or by hard copy.

• Electronic submissions: Must be emailed no later than October 8, 2025 to Alicia Winokur at meiera@mendocinocounty.gov. Please include “CEAC Scholarship Application 2025” in the email subject line.
