Evan Chiriboga

Evan is a 4th year Geospatial Engineering student who began her college journey as an Environmental Engineering major before discovering her passion for surveying through the guidance of Professor Allan Ng. After taking her first surveying courses, she became involved with the CLSA Student Chapter and has enjoyed learning more about the profession through conferences, volunteering, and connecting with industry professionals. As the new Secretary, Evan is excited to help the chapter stay organized, support its members, and contribute to creating a welcoming community for students interested in surveying. She is also currently studying for the FS exam as she works toward becoming a licensed Professional Land Surveyor. When she is not buried in coursework or studying, you can usually find her baking something sweet, tending to her garden, sketching new ideas, or bringing her favorite characters to life through cosplay. She looks forward to continuing to grow her knowledge of surveying while encouraging more students to discover the many opportunities the profession has to offer.
